Mihai builds and invests in data-driven applications. He previously served as director of research at Messari and was a data & analytics entrepreneur. Earlier in his career, Mihai held data & AI roles at UBS and Swiss Re.​​

Mihai's background is in Information Technology and Mathematics. He completed his PhD in Information Systems from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.
